At the Roy Neal Agency, we believe that learning is a lifetime activity.  We also believe that it is important to help the next generation in their learning and growing.  We have various internships available which help to promote learning outside of the classroom.  Below are some positions available:

Website and Social Media:

• Works with the president of the agency to guide and update the website and social media outlets.
• Opportunity to create new ways of reaching current and potential clients.
• Learns and applies knowledge of the metrics of the various social media outlets.

Marketing:

• Works with the marketing consultant, graphic designer and videographer on current marketing activities.
• Opportunity to design, implement and see to completion a marketing plan work in the real world.

Administrative:

• Works with various members of the team to learn all aspects of the aviation insurance business.
• Learns what steps are involved from sales to quoting to daily management to renewal.

All the positions will have the opportunity to learn about leadership and to work with the president through the decisions that need to be made to run a successful business.  Team work is important at the Roy Neal Agency so all positions will work with other members of the team to perform whatever tasks are needed to make the team successful.  All interns are eligible for various aviation related scholarships.  There may be opportunities to travel to client sites and/or conventions during the internship.
